Rob has started his career within Assembly and Quality Inspection within the Car Manufacturing industry, but after 28 years of manufacturing, felt a calling towards Recruitment and Media late on in his career and had a keen interest in how the process worked.

 

Robs key task is to be the glue that holds the team together, and use his lean manufacturing experience to help ensure the best solutions for both client and candidate in a timely manner, and ensure both candidates and clients needs are registered to the system efficiently, and co-ordinating and supporting the team to ensure all our clients are left satisfied, and their expectations are exceeded.
